About The HIP Operation

The HIP Operation came into being in 2008 when proprietor Andrew Bailey undertook to offer a full Home Information Pack service to the local property market. With a background in light aviation, transport and retailing and with experience in property maintenance, Andrew qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor during 2007.

An interest in green issues made this move a natural progression and more recently a belief that a local service supplying HIPs to the local housing market is needed. The housing market after all has its own very local characteristics, not perhaps best served by the national or Internet-based HIP providers. Floorplanning is now a service offered, giving property details a more professional look, and reminding potential buyers of a property layout.
